Goal: agreements = recognition > ensure connection
In small groups: draw on a large flip chart what the similarities are in terms of:
Have one person from the group present the drawing to the rest of the entire group. Then hang the sheets on the wall.
Goal: getting to know each other better > arouse curiosity
In small groups: Everyone shares two things about themselves. The rest of the group then guesses what is true and what is not true. Then a short explanation of the true statement.
When everyone has been discussed, ask the entire group what the most surprising “discoveries” have been.
Hand out 2 different color post-it to everyone.
Color post-it 1 = Do’s
Color post it 2 = Dont’s
Let everyone write for themselves on post-it 1: what suits good cooperation
Let everyone write for themselves on post-it 2: what does not suit good cooperation
Put al the post its on the wall by color.
Give back to the group what the Do’s are and what the Don’t’s are.
Formulate 4 most important team agreements (do’s & don’t’s) and hang it on the wall.
